Just after 1h I had a couple of integrations working &#8222;out of the box&#8220; just by configuring user names, API-keys, or passwords:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.home-assistant.io\/integrations\/fritz\/\">AVM Fritz<\/a> for two fritz!boxes: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.home-assistant.io\/integrations\/upnp\/\">UPnP<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.home-assistant.io\/integrations\/fritzbox\/\">Fritz!SmartHome<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.home-assistant.io\/integrations\/denonavr\">Denon<\/a> working great for Marantz SR7007<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.home-assistant.io\/integrations\/elgato\/\">Elgato Keylight<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.home-assistant.io\/integrations\/cast\/\">Google Cast<\/a> for Google Chromecast<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.home-assistant.io\/integrations\/ipp\/\">IPP <\/a>for HP printer<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.home-assistant.io\/integrations\/luftdaten\/\">Luftdaten<\/a> for my Feinstaubsensor<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.home-assistant.io\/integrations\/met\/\">Meteorologisk institutt<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.home-assistant.io\/integrations\/mobile_app\/\">Mobile App<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.home-assistant.io\/integrations\/panasonic_viera\/\">Panasonic Viera<\/a> for TV<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.home-assistant.io\/integrations\/hue\/\">hue<\/a> for lamps, former Phillips<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.home-assistant.io\/integrations\/smappee\/\">smappee<\/a> my energy monitor<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-medium\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" src=\"http:\/\/www.dieferbers.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Bildschirmfoto-2021-01-06-um-09.34.10-300x300.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-413\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.dieferbers.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Bildschirmfoto-2021-01-06-um-09.34.10-300x300.png 300w, http:\/\/www.dieferbers.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Bildschirmfoto-2021-01-06-um-09.34.10-1022x1024.png 1022w, http:\/\/www.dieferbers.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Bildschirmfoto-2021-01-06-um-09.34.10-150x150.png 150w, http:\/\/www.dieferbers.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Bildschirmfoto-2021-01-06-um-09.34.10-768x769.png 768w, http:\/\/www.dieferbers.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Bildschirmfoto-2021-01-06-um-09.34.10-1534x1536.png 1534w, http:\/\/www.dieferbers.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Bildschirmfoto-2021-01-06-um-09.34.10-2045x2048.png 2045w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>and after installing <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/hacs\/integration\">HACS<\/a>, which is an <a href=\"https:\/\/hacs.xyz\/docs\/default_repositories\">additional integration marketplace<\/a> of the Home Assistant developer community and not part of the Home Assistant standard release, I got these integrations running:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.home-assistant.io\/integrations\/dwd_weather_warnings\/\">Deutscher Wetterdienst (DWD)<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/msp1974\/homeassistant-jlrincontrol\">JLR<\/a> for our Jaguar <\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/hacf-fr\/hassRenaultZE\">Renault<\/a> for our &#8222;Zoe&#8220; <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>and for some &#8222;Things&#8220; I had to install custom components manually<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/cytech\/Home-Assistant-wundergroundpws\">Weather Underground PWS<\/a> as the standard Home Assistant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.home-assistant.io\/integrations\/wunderground\/\">integration<\/a> does not work any more due to an API change! <\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/HomeAssistant-Mods\/home-assistant-miele\">Miele<\/a>, now also part of HACS<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/vencakratky\/API-OZW672--HomeAssistant\">OZW672<\/a> for Br\u00f6tje heating and <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/stefferber\/API-OZW672--HomeAssistant\">my own fork<\/a> &#8211; requires lot of <a href=\"https:\/\/community.home-assistant.io\/t\/siemens-webserver-ozw672\/27467\/38\">research and debugging<\/a><\/li><li>Running <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/home-assistant\/addons\/blob\/master\/mosquitto\/DOCS.md\">MQTT broker<\/a> add-in within Home Assistant &#8211;  though quite easy: not straight forward, as documentation is confusing<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.home-assistant.io\/integrations\/mqtt\/\">MQTT integration<\/a> with WeeWx &#8211; required a lot of configuration and debugging<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.home-assistant.io\/integrations\/mqtt\/\">MQTT integration<\/a> with IoT Octopus &#8211; required some configuration<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It is really close to the &#8222;one to rule them all&#8220; \ud83d\ude09 in my #IoT house.
