I strongly belive that in web 3.0 we will confuse or favor the virtual existence over the physical. Some days ago I have visited <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mobilemetrix.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">mobile metrix<\/a>\u00a0 and have read &#8222;More than 1 billion people in 120 developing countries have no official record of their existence&#8220;. This project has the vision to improve poor people live with an official record or I would call it a virtual existence.
